Tons of parking, easy off 1-287, Brightly lit, No waiting, plenty of seating, Specialists are always on time. Clean facility including bathrooms. Cafe for food, and easy to make new appointments.
I am very disappointed in this clinic. Their call service is a waste. They have no respect for others’ time. Have to call them over and over on same issue. One has to provide same information 3 times as calls are transferred from one operator to other to “ reach right doctor”. Even if their mistakes There is no courtesy to correct it. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I have very low iron and need iron infusions, which I received 2 years ago. The doctor I saw then is no longer with the practice and I was forced to wait over 2 months to see Dr. Levin, who spent less than 5 minutes speaking to me. He clearly had not read my medical records and asked me questions that he would have known if he had taken 2 minutes to look through my records. I had a very negative experience with the front desk at this physical therapy office. The staff member I encountered was dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, and made communication unnecessarily difficult. In a healthcare setting, professionalism and basic respect should be a given. Instead, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming to the point where I chose to leave without being helped.
