Dr. Ali and Dr. Feuer should be ashamed of themselves, my grandfather was admitted to a hospital in the Bronx with a possible heart attack, stroke, or seizure and fell last night at home. he is 91 with Dementia and Alzheimers and we reached out to try to have him transferred to WP Hospital due to affiliation and quality of care. Spoke to the 3030 "Nursing Manager" who said Dr. Ali was not in the office due to an emergency, so apparently if your Doctor has an emergency, you are not allowed to also have an emergency on the sam... read more
Dr Sanjay Upadhyay. I made an appt for annual physical as a new patient in April. It is now August and my appointment is tomorrow and they have the gall to call me today to cancel my appointment because the doctor isn’t taking new patients. Mind you it still says online that he is! When asked, I was told that the policy changed recently and that there were no exceptions. And she couldn’t even refer me to another MD! Steer clear.
Impossible to schedule an appointment. You call and some call center takes your information and calls you back 1-3 days later. And after all that they supposedly scheduled an appointment for my daughter, only to find out that there was no appointment ever scheduled in their system. So now we wait another 2-3 days for a call back so we can schedule an appointment for 6-8 weeks from now. What a dysfunctional system… stay far away!
Dermatology patient intake personnel presented as very rude and condescending. Not qualified in customer facing.
