I had a very negative experience with the front desk at this physical therapy office. The staff member I encountered was dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, and made communication unnecessarily difficult. In a healthcare setting, professionalism and basic respect should be a given. Instead, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming to the point where I chose to leave without being helped. Was here with the Grace time was not seen By Dr. yue in rheumatology
Got a confirmation and I confirmed back. It took me 20 minutes to get there. I had to take a day off of work for this appointment. When I got there I was told they don’t take my insurance. I was willing to pay out of pocket which I did numerous times in the past and this year was they refused me. The receptionist had no people skills and no one was there to accommodate me, even knowing I have a medical condition.
