The lab staff themselves are fine but every time I come here with an appointment for my 1.5 year old we have to wait at least 30 minutes, once it was an hour which is unacceptable. My son has a condition that requires frequent lab work and it is not easy to wait with a small child.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this laboratory. The facility was noticeably dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a medical environment. Basic hygiene protocols seemed to be neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized. The staff were unprofessional—rushed, inattentive, and lacking courtesy. The time in google is wrong they open until 9am on Saturday.
If I can give no stars I would. The lab techs are unprofessional, careless workers who are looking to just clock in and then get out. They are lazy, miserable, and do not care about patients. I am 30 weeks pregnant and came for my glucose test which I was told by the doctor’s nurse to come and they refused to see me. The front desk was trying to get them to see me and super helpful but the tech refused a pregnant patient with a potential health condition which seems illegal to me.
