Terrible place to go I went for years I got over the fact that reception is super rude I continued to go and then I go see Dr Ban Jamel not my regular doctor she was extremely rude kept saying the northern hospital are liars who don’t care about patients and she wouldn’t stop talking over me also kept acting like she knew more about my condition I’ve had for 10 plus years when she didn’t seem to know anything and when I snapped at her because she was being very unethical she wants to tell me I can no longer come to this doct... read more
My grandmother was in a vehicle accident, and we brought her to Westmeadows Medical Centre seeking urgent care. To our shock, the staff turned us away, saying they were too busy to even look at her. In a situation where compassion and quick action are crucial, we were met with indifference. I understand that clinics get busy, but completely dismissing someone in distress is unacceptable. We had to take her elsewhere for treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need immediate help.
Utterly useless. Was a new patient who booked a 3.50pm app today. Arrived 3.40pm to complete new patient forms. Just left at 4.50pm WITHOUT seeing a Dr. Waited over an hour, and had to leave to get back to my work. When I asked why the wait was so long, the receptionist said "I dont know but I think the Dr is still seeing patients, maybe sit in the second waiting room so he can see you better". 1 star is barely what they deserve. My daughter was sick and the doctor barely examined her. Said come back in 3 days and no nurofen. Within an hour after leaving we were at the hospital because my daughter had pneumonia. I described all symptoms and included chest pain when breathing and doctor still said she’s fine. I heard a lot of bad things about here but thought I’d give them benefit of the doubt but most people are right. They suck.
