Dr.Shweta Batra is an excellent pediatrician. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient with children. We were concern about our son speech and behaviour development. She takes time to listen to me and my husband's concern and then explains everything clearly. Her friendly and compassionate approach makes both me and my husband feel comfortable during appointment. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anjali. It felt like patient care was not taken seriously at all. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple referral processed, which should have been handled much more efficiently. I even called the receptionist and explained that I needed an update urgently as I had upcoming travel plans. I was assured that they would follow up with the doctor (who is only available on Thursdays) and get back to me “at any cost.” Unfortunately, no one ever called back. Days went b... read more
The doctor was professional and helpful. However, the receptionist Lisa was extremely rude and lacked basic empathy on the phone. I was already very worried about my sick child, and her attitude made the situation even more stressful. This is completely unacceptable for a healthcare service.
Dr Robert Cheng lacks patience for his patients. BAD
After wasting time with another Endocrinologist and feeling extremely disappointed ,We had an appointment last week with Dr,Sheehab , he is exceptional and listened with patience to all history and distinguished the problem and started treatment.
