I just need to mention the lovely lady I spoke with on Friday morning by the name of Roxy. She was so professional and understanding, made the whole process of booking in as new patient so easy. She listened and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. At my age it is rare to find someone that has this much respect and time for you. I have noticed phone staff are not mentioned in these reviews, let me be the first. Well done to all Dr Dexter's Secretaries!
