If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. The toilets in this medical centre were beyond disgusting — filthy, smelly, and clearly neglected. For a place that’s meant to prioritise health, the state of the bathrooms was genuinely shocking and embarrassing. To make it worse, the doctor I saw was unprofessional and dismissive, which just added to the overall unpleasant experience. Nothing about this place feels cared for or well-managed. Definitely would not recommend.
Westmead Medical Centre truly stands out from the rest. The doctors are always on time — no long waiting hours like other clinics, even when you have an appointment. The doctors are very professional, kind, and attentive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s such a relief to visit a clinic where everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Really bad service, doctors genuinely don’t care about you or your wellbeing, they do not prescribe antibiotics at this centre either. Literelly like a meat factory where patients come in and out. I’ve just reported this place and their services.
Honestly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works there is so rude and so slow. I sat down first in line for my bloods to be taken, no one came in or out over 50 minutes - this is at 11am in the morning. When the guy came out he was really dismissive. When I sat down he took about 15 minutes looking at my referral. He then rudely spoke with me and told me he couldn’t do 2 of the blood referrals and dismissively sent me away. Honestly really shocking!
