I booked this appointment well in advance and specifically requested a longer consultation because I had multiple matters I needed to discuss with the doctor. Despite this, I felt rushed from the moment I arrived and was not given the opportunity to properly discuss my concerns. I visited a specialist here last year for my 6 month old son, we had some testing done and when I went to contact them for results it was impossible to get a response. It didnt matter who I had spoke to, no one was able to get back to me. My partner and I have called numerous times with 0 results. This is absolutely ridiculous as these results were very important to receive and I am disgusted no one has gotten back to me and its been well over 6 months now.
