Called at 641pm and I was trying to rectify something on my referral provided this afternoon and the doctor hung up on me.
I booked this appointment well in advance and specifically requested a longer consultation because I had multiple matters I needed to discuss with the doctor. Despite this, I felt rushed from the moment I arrived and was not given the opportunity to properly discuss my concerns.
