Very unorganised and disappointing to see senior nurses and specialists making multiple mistakes one after the other.
Good experience today at Westmead. The waiting room and hospital rooms were at good temperature. The triage nurses very helpful and all staff were amazing people.yes it was 13 hours long wait but this is due too many customers and despite nurses working super hard they can only do what is humanely possible.If it was not for lengthy wait time I would give it 5 stars which nurses and doctors certainly deserve
Very caring staff—I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my stay. Although it was an overnight admission with a long waiting time, I understand this is sometimes necessary for tests and results. The team was organised, professional, and warm.
