Went for an emergency, waited for long hours ..no one could tell me or anyone when they would be attended..no communication with patients..when leaving without care asked if x-ray taken had any remarks..x-ray taken over 7 hours ago had no final report prepared ..left as had no hopes would be attended in next couple of hours ..it's more of a culture issue at westmead ..looking at westmead and Wentworth urgent care how they are able to quickly serve , Westmead should look at how they can improve..

writing to express my deepest respect and appreciation for the amazing doctors and nurses at Westmead Hospital. During my recent visit to the Emergency Department, the medical team provided exceptional, compassionate, and highly professional care.
