The triage nurses and staff in reception were nice and funny, despite my terrible situation they had to deal with. They made the hours of waiting ok. The nurse in urgent care I got named Jason was really really insensitive. He dismissed me like I wasted his time by coming in, it was horrible. So if you're looking for an empathetic nurse who acts caring and professional, I guess just hope you don't get him.
