We have been coming to this practice for more than 10 years. Dr. Mukul Pandit is our family GP and is always our go to doctor for all our health concerns. We come all the way to this practice even though we have moved out of the area. The nurse is also a very efficient and approachable person. The only downside may be the long wait time and lack of network which are understandable. Appreciate that they offer telephone consultations and appointments by booking.
One of the receptionists was very rude and unprofessional. I have visited this clinic many times and have noticed the same behaviour on several occasions. She was dismissive, spoke in an unfriendly manner, and made me feel uncomfortable when asking questions. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, especially when they are already worried about their health. The doctors have been very helpful, but the customer service experience at reception needs improvement.
The receptionists are kinda rude.
I always visit Westmead Doctors for myself, my parents & for my kids. Dr. Mydhili Immadi & other doctors have always been very helpful and gives genuine advice. I went to discuss my results with Dr. Immadi today, only waited for 10 mins. As per request she immediately organised iron infusion and booked appointment with another specialised doctor, which definitely saved my time to book another appointment to come another day. I have been visiting this facility for almost a decade and took my time before putt down a review. While some of the doctors are very good, the schedule here never runs on time, I have waited from15 mins to an hour before my name is called. They’ve successfully broken my trust on appointments and time management, as no matter what time your appointment is, there are always a few people placed in the queue, so when you show your face that’s when your time/countdown starts.
