Doctors never on time.
Generally good service except closed on Sundays. Essential to book, however, they seldom keep their own appointment (one time I was seen earlier, but generally it's after the time I had booked).
As good as the doctors are, it’s always delayed. Gets so annoying everytime. Thry book 15 mins slots and patients take 30 mins inside. Or sometimes 2-3 people go in as family consultations. It really needs to be taken care of. Agreed that poor doctors can’t say no to patients but appointments itself need to be scheduled accordingly. Every time i visit, I call them in advance to check if they’re running late. Even after that, I end up waiting for at least half an hour.
We have been here multiple times now.. Actually even if u have an appointment (lets say at 12pm).. come here let the receptionist see your face and tell you to "sit down".. and go and visit coles..do your groceries or any other things... because its gonna take more than 45mins for them to call you... It has always been like this.. they never value your time..
