Don't like Dr Mendiz, he's the type of doctor who doesn't believe in the things you tell him and he just puts roadblocks in front of you to jump over. Very upsetting everytime I had the misfortune of seeing him

Very disappointing experience. Waiting 45 minutes past the booked appointment time today, and this is not the first time previously we waited around 20–25 minutes. I understand that medical consultations can run over, but repeated delays without timely communication are frustrating. Patients’ time should also be respected. I hope the clinic improves its appointment scheduling and communication.

The doctors are very good and the services are okay. It can get busy so come with time. The pathology is slow though

Been coming here since they first opened and have always had a great experience. Dr Immadi, Dr Mendis and Dr Michelle have all been fantastic over the years, and the reception team are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve always been looked after, even when I’ve been a bit late myself. This morning I walked in without an appointment and was seen within 15-20 minutes. We have been coming to this practice for more than 10 years. Dr. Mukul Pandit is our family GP and is always our go to doctor for all our health concerns. We come all the way to this practice even though we have moved out of the area. The nurse is also a very efficient and approachable person. The only downside may be the long wait time and lack of network which are understandable. Appreciate that they offer telephone consultations and appointments by booking.
