As good as the doctors are, it’s always delayed. Gets so annoying everytime. Thry book 15 mins slots and patients take 30 mins inside. Or sometimes 2-3 people go in as family consultations. It really needs to be taken care of. Agreed that poor doctors can’t say no to patients but appointments itself need to be scheduled accordingly. Every time i visit, I call them in advance to check if they’re running late. Even after that, I end up waiting for at least half an hour.
We have been here multiple times now.. Actually even if u have an appointment (lets say at 12pm).. come here let the receptionist see your face and tell you to "sit down".. and go and visit coles..do your groceries or any other things... because its gonna take more than 45mins for them to call you... It has always been like this.. they never value your time.. “I’m so grateful to have found Dr Mydhili Immadi. Her compassion, patience, and genuine interest in my family’s wellbeing makes such a difference. She is extremely knowledgeable. She never makes us feel rushed and always go the extra mile to help. Truly outstanding care. The entire team at this practice is very welcoming and kind.
The doctor did not greet me he just down looked at his computer. He asked what was wrong in a dismissive tone that made me feel like an inconvenience. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I left the consultation feeling discouraged and low.
The service is absolutely horrible. You go to the doctor because you’re sick, and instead you’re left sitting there for over an hour. When you’re already unwell, being made to wait that long is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
