First of all, I am new to this bank and I can’t get my online banking to allow me to register. I decided to make the 45 min drive from where I live to the branch in Nampa. Online and at the bank on the door says closes at 5:30, yet I was at the bank in Nampa and it was closed at 5pm today with no note, or no holiday. I call the Boise and Eagle branch to find out why and it said they were closed as well. So far I am not impressed by this credit union.
This company needs to update the online FAQs that state you can have individual logins for each owner of a membership because according to all of the customer service employees that is NOT possible in the system even though it is stated it is back in 2020. I know Westmark truly doesn't care but having multiple owners share one log in, especially if one of the owners has other accounts that everyone doesn't need to be privy too, is absolutely archaic in this day and age when privacy and account security should be the top prio... read more
The most Amazing customer service!! My daughter just got a handwritten note from Brenda saying welcome to our bank and wishing her good luck in her college she will be attending in Maine! So personable I love it!!
I had to make a payment over the phone today. A Casey answered and needed verification of my ss#. He asked if I was in a safe place to give him that information. I was taken aback, in a good way. No one has ever asked me that before. I appreciate that he was thoughtful enough to keep my information safe. Who know who is out there. Thank you so much for that added protection. It makes a difference.
