Recently, I was able to get a new truck. Sarah Pequignot went above and beyond for me in making the process smooth and enjoyable. Westmark Credit Union in Eagle are wonderful people and could not recommend more.
First of all, I am new to this bank and I can’t get my online banking to allow me to register. I decided to make the 45 min drive from where I live to the branch in Nampa. Online and at the bank on the door says closes at 5:30, yet I was at the bank in Nampa and it was closed at 5pm today with no note, or no holiday. I call the Boise and Eagle branch to find out why and it said they were closed as well. So far I am not impressed by this credit union.
