Shame on you Westmark you update your payment system to basically now scam everyone out of $4.95 fee. They recently did a change… if you paid directly from your bank account there was no fee ever and you could log on make a payment and they take it directly from your account. PERFECT!! now they have sense changed it to where even if you give them your bank account ( no cc fees etc) they are charging 4.95… why?
