When speaking with a representative on the phone she literally said she didn't care and as far as she was concerned we were notified. First of all, how does this place think that's an acceptable way to talk to people? Especially in this situation. They claimed to have sent texts, to have called etc. We literally have received NO. Westmark Credit Union is a credit union that is part of the history of Idaho Falls and local to south eastern Idaho. My experience is that they have some great people who work here that seem to care about their clients. I have banked here since I was about 9 years old. They have great loan rates and act just like a local credit union should.
