Longtime member/first time reviewer (lol) here are some of the reasons: - Great location - All employees are trained in all areas - Broad spectrum of loan and investment programs available - The most friendly and motivated employees I know in a customer service area in Twin Falls WestMark Twin Falls is fantastic and I highly recommend to all who are looking for a credit union!
I have only been a member for a short time however I am treated as a part of the Westmark family. I personally like to thank the high quality staff for all they do!!!

Of all the potato credit unions, this wins the prize for most podunk. Dysfunctional website, low quality hires, everything takes longer. How many more reason do you want? Youll see..
Worst banking experience ever. Charge you money to not pay loan online but the website doesn’t allow payment online. The account also doesn’t allow transfers from another bank to Westmark and looks like caped and discover can’t transfer to Westmark because I get the spinning wheel of death trying to verify Westmark account. I guess I have to now pay my loan in person in cash and hope they don’t charge me added fees for that like they wanted to for calling in a payment given their broken website.
