Great outfit to work for.
If you want to build in a residential neighborhood do not use them unless you want everybody to hate you at the end of the process, they work on Sundays and do not do anything to respect the community they are building in. We are all allowed to build but there are better ways to deal with it and they have shown no willingness to work with the neighbors.
