We have had an acount for years and with the Richelieu take over they no longer want to provide our business with finishing supplies. When I tried to place the last order I was told they could not guarantee what I wanted to purchase would ever be in stock and it might take 2-6 weeks for orders to arrive. Buyer be ware. I will take by business elsewhere from now on. I cannot believe how Tena in customer service basically talked me out of buying with them anymore. Sometimes you need to get out of your comfort zone (Amazon) and see what you can find out in the world. That is how I found Westlund Distributing. My first contact by phone was with the very pleasant, Rose. Twice, I needed to follow up with calls to correct mistakes I had made when ordering. Nikki was terrific on both occasions. Ordered 2 Rev-a-Shelf pull down closet rods on-line. They arrived promptly. The units were installed and one of the armatures did not retract properly. This unfortunately is a Rev-a-Shelf warranty issue. I called Westland and was told that they could not take the product back since it had been installed and that something may have happened during installation.
