Terrible, customer service shocking, gardens are like swamps and they don't take any responsibility. Lucky to get 1 star.
We paid xtra premium for a wild flower meadow view and ended up with a mud bath! So many issues with house from flooring to leaks to plaster needing replacing to faulty garage door to door frames Paid extra for a special floor which has lifted and the floor has sank in one area of kitchen Customer services good but you have to hound them then they get fed up of you. Looks good, but some workmanship is shoddy. Therefore overpriced
Awful aftercare by Jones and rude staff at Emerson. Purchased a 5 bed house at Westlow Heath, just after 2 years radiators are leaking. We had an independent plumber confirm the radiator plumbing is terrible and Jones are flat refusing to be accountable even though a radiator shouldn't fail that quickly. Avoid Jones at all costs.
