Was in getting an adjustment on my glasses, have never been there before was passing through town and a shorter dark haired lady was helping a family and they needed help with contacts, so this gentlemen came up front and asked the front desk who needed help and she leaned back and very rudely and with attitude told him that the people at her desk needed help. And he seemed very pleasant and helpful answered any questions and asked alot of questions. Not sure if I would come back
I called to book an appointment, but my experience with the receptionist, Sarah, was very disappointing. She was rude and unfriendly during our phone conversation. Because of the way I was treated, I decided to cancel my appointment. First impressions matter, and I hope the clinic addresses its customer service so future patients have a more respectful experience.
