Needed a forklift to offload a truck, they arranged transportation to bring it to me same day, so that was great. Called a couple places to get different quotes and these guys had the 2nd best price.
Sorry company. Called the parts department 2 days in a row and no answer, leave a message and no call back. Finally get someone on the 3rd day, give him the information as to what I need for him to call me back 6 hrs later and say they don’t mess with that forklift company no more when I have gotten several parts from them for that lift. Said he could give me a email and number to somewhere to possibly find the part. Asked him to plz txt it or email it to me cause I was working, which he informed me he was on a landline.
