Labor rate is to high great people they know what they doing i would not have to because labor rate part are cheap but labor where they rip customer off

Just leaving now. These people are pathetic. The box for a $80 slack adjuster had a little grease on it and they wouldn't return it. No wonder they are struggling. Losing a customer over $80 for a box is a recipe for bankruptcy. Walworks is only two miles away and they can get any parts and will get you the right parts. Btw, had 4 parts recently from Westlies and three out of four were wrong. 25% isn't a good effort!
My Dad and I ventured out to Williston from MN looking for work and ended up running into quite a bit of truck trouble with my dad’s rig. When we got to Westlie’s, they treated us like we’d been there 100 times before. The gals at the service desks are friendly, always have a smile, easy to talk to, always in a good mood, and definitely make you feel like a priority, not just a customer.
