I had a very positive experience with this truck service. I needed a wiring problem fixed on a RV. This was not easy because this is a diesel pusher, the engine area is very tight, not made for easy access. Dani did well at coordinating oarts
The phone rings once, sometimes three times, sometimes ten times and then the call will just hang up. They'll take down your phone number.Tell you that they'll call you back and never do this happen to me multiple times. I'm sure this company makes enough money to hire a few extra people for better customer service.
I had a great experience getting my truck repaired. Chris, the mechanic, did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue professionally and efficiently. Dani, the service advisor, was very helpful, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. They took me in quickly, completed all the work before the estimated time, and saved me a lot of valuable time. Their customer service, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. Highly recommend.
Labor rate is to high great people they know what they doing i would not have to because labor rate part are cheap but labor where they rip customer off
