2nd review. Work completed no later than 2022 and the only shop to have removed my cab, but just today while under my truck for other reasons, I found screw that clearly is used for grounding that was never reconnected. It's not caused any problems, but I worry about what else I may find if I really went thru the truck. Also, the response from the manager never came to fruition. I never got a response back.
They have screwed up twice for me so far. They were told I had my own oil and filter. They charged me for a complete oil change and did use my oil. When I said something they said I was suppose to remind them. I said it's on the paperwork. Then I was just in there, had oil changed and fuel filters changed. I brought all my own stuff. They charged me $178. My son took his pickup in 2 weeks early did the exact same, had his own stuff on the exact same pickup. They charged him $78. Do better!!
