Very responsive staff! Having to service or fix a truck can be a pain, but they make it easy. Reliable repairs on my 2012 Ford-F150. They’ll work with you on how you wanna go about fixing the vehicle. If you’re always working/on the go, they’re also flexible about being able to drop the vehicle off after hours, paying over the phone, and picking it up after hours. Very rude! Brought my truck in knowing it would take some time to get it in to get service. I asked a simple question on how long possibly cause I was renting a car and the service advise wrote me back in all caps and was very rude. So I went back and grabbed my truck
While visiting family in Minot, North Dakota my 2016 Ford F250 Deisel experienced a coolant leak. Westlie Ford is the only Ford Dealer in Minot, so I took it there to get it checked. I dropped it off on Friday December 27th, at around 8:00 a.m. and by 11:39 a.m. I received a call indicating that the technician had found a leak at the coolant crossover underneath the thermostat.
