I had a part ordered for my Ford and the most convenient dealership was Westliein Camas. I went there to pick it up and it was a nice and simple dealership. The parts representative was very nice, professional and helpful when I asked him questions. Great dealership to do business with.
I am usually very happy with westlie ford service, in fact they are the only place I will have my car serviced, but since bud Cleary took over it has gone down hill. I had my oil changed on 07/17/26. When picked up I noticed the steering wheel felt greasy. OK, I let that slide and could wipe it down when I got home and washed my hands. But then I walked in front of my car! I have used Westlie Ford for the last 2 years and they are awesome. Great communication and I love that their Tech sends you a video of your car showing you what needs to be done and what doesn't.
I’ve been calling and texting for days to get a quote for some work on my F150. I talked with one person who tried getting me to set up a diagnostic test to be done for $210. I already have the code and just want a quote. Worst customer service ever!
