I am usually very happy with westlie ford service, in fact they are the only place I will have my car serviced, but since bud Cleary took over it has gone down hill. I had my oil changed on 07/17/26. When picked up I noticed the steering wheel felt greasy. OK, I let that slide and could wipe it down when I got home and washed my hands. But then I walked in front of my car! I have used Westlie Ford for the last 2 years and they are awesome. Great communication and I love that their Tech sends you a video of your car showing you what needs to be done and what doesn't.
I’ve been calling and texting for days to get a quote for some work on my F150. I talked with one person who tried getting me to set up a diagnostic test to be done for $210. I already have the code and just want a quote. Worst customer service ever!
Haley was amazing from start to finish! Super personal and friendly, went into detail and made sure I understood what I was purchasing and that I LOVED it! If you want someone committed to helping you 100% go to Haley !!!
I paid them $388.38 to replace four headlamp bulbs: including $50.63 for each H9BP bulb (just $20/each at O’Reilly’s) which is a 150% markup. I’m lucky they didn’t mark up the two H11 bulbs I brought with me. They charged $210 for labor and another $46.69 in “shop supplies” that were not disclosed or necessary to change four halogen bulbs. Plus $30.43 in taxes. Imagine what you will pay for something more expensive than changing lightbulbs…Buyers beware!
