Terrible service experience. 11:15 appointment for oil change today. Checking at 1:15, found out they had not even started yet. I won't go back and recommend no one else try their service.
Great company to deal with, had some recall work on my van. They had me in and out quickly for one recall and ordered parts for the other two, will be back in a week for them to complete all recalls. We are traveling and did not know anything about this dealership, only used reviews to determine our selection, it was right on par.

Best service I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. They always get me an appointment when I need it and do quality work. My service advisor, Harrison, worked diligently to track down an issue that was bothering me and got it fixed. Always happy to drive a few extra miles to get my Ford serviced at Westlie.
I worked with Trevor for my latest oil change/tire rotation earlier this week and service was prompt and efficient. Thank you!
