Had the worst experience here. I hear management is new, so I can only vouch for the past month. Was sent here begrudgingly since it's nowhere near where I wanted. However the hospitals are always looking to push you out the door. The website says it's free (only need medicare card) but was told it was $500 a week prior to coming. Which I agreed to. Joy is a great manager, her staff are great, it is a warm place
Westley Garden gets more than a 5 star rating from me. I cannot speak highly enough about Joy and all the staff there. The care and compassion they have for their residents is above and beyond.
Caring staff, well looked after facility. I am extremely happy with this SRS.
