We had always liked this clinic and Dr. Budihal for routine care. He was professional, and did well with our pets' regular checkups and minor health issues. Unfortunately, our experience changed when our dog started having symptoms and various issues. Instead of investigating the underlying cause of his ongoing symptoms, we felt the treatment focused only on managing those symptoms. The team at Westland clinic went above and beyond caring for my senior cat. She needed an eye exam, bloodwork, and dental care, and every staff member showed incredible compassion, kindness, and professionalism throughout the process. They took the time to make her comfortable and treated her with genuine care. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this clinic. Thanks Molly and all the rest of the team for taking care of my fur baby!
Great, spotless, well laid out and equipped vet clinic. Pradeep is a caring, sincere, honest Veterinarian, pleasant to interact with and a great advisor on pet health. We consider him a friend and neighbour as do our pets! . Clinic staff are caring, concerned, friendly and plainly happy to be there. We have been going since the clinic opened. Update June 2 /26. Just an added thumbs up, this is a clinic where your pet will receive professional TLC.
