I was shocked when i came into to book some physio for my 12 year old dog, I was taken into a private room and informed by a total stranger "we will no longer provide services to you due to disrespect" When I asked for an explanation, I was told that it didn't matter what was said and by who! This was blatant disrespect to me and my pet, I am left wondering after being a client for over 15 years! - No explanation for the supposed disrespect to Dr Budihal Be wary of a vets greed for money vs actual concern for your pet!

I hate to share this negative review because I have been a long-time client. I have always had great experiences with their vets and techs. The vets get ***** five stars ***** from me. Recently, I noticed a big change in the team culture with respect to the receptionist staff. Additionally, the communication is not internally consistent, which is an area for improvement. Always best practice treatment and diagnostics with Dr. B. Super friendly staff. First vet clinic we actually trust since moving here 3 years ago. UPDATE - went back for our yearly visit yesterday - equal to or perhaps better than ever. Dr.B is a superhero and the team of techs and support staff work together as a real force multiplier. They are all extremely kind, understanding, and capable. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic, one of the few independent ones still around, to anyone.
