I’m not here to review Ashton woods homes as there is a lot I wish they would have done differently. I’m here to put a review about Kelly who deals with all the Ashton wood’s warranty issues. Hands down she’s amazing! So easy to talk to, is willing to find solutions to problems arising and literally goes above and beyond what I expected when dealing with warranty issues. I know the previous person was lacking and many of us complained and I’m glad Ashton wood’s decided to bring Kelly back.
Would not recommend at all. 2 months into the purchase of a brand new home and things are still being fixed at the pace of a snail with zero sense of urgency. Poor installation and craftsmanship, zero attention to detail, carless workmanship are why things are still being completed after closing. All this even though they were informed that the buyer is pregnant and will deliver soon. Buyer has now delivered baby and has no bathroom to use because of the extremely laid back attitude to get things done. Worst new home purchas... read more
DO NOT BUY FROM ASHTON WOODS THEIR BUILDERS ARE IDIOTS!!!!!!! nothing but issues with these guys A/C issues, they have swapped project managers 4 times since we started the process. we HAVE NEVER gotten help with issues Sheet rock buckling since we bought it. The kitchen is un-usable due to smoke alarm going off anything you cook anything. they planted a OAK tree 6in from my foundation after we closed without permission!!
