Overall, disappointed. AW pride themselves for high quality homes, but our experience purchasing a new home has been different. A lot of mistakes and issues that do not match their high quality value proposition. It seems that things were done in a hurry, construction managers are overloaded and have to supervise many homes at the same time, which does not allow them to do a proper work. I absolutely LOVED the houses from Ashton Woods. They were HUGE and spacious. I love the two story houses with the balconies but I love the size of the houses from Ashton Woods. I recommend checking out Ashton Woods. It's amazing.
Yesterday I went to Westland Ranch subdivision in League City. I have been driving through it for a couple of months now. The neighborhood is INCREDIBLE. I went to DH Horton. I met with Arnold Mitchell for about three hours while he showed me homes available in my price range. He drove me around the neighborhood, took me to all of the amenities and was extremely thorough.
