One year into my AW Home and of course there were bumps pre sale and post sale but nothing that wasn't eventually fixed. Eric Gomez my sales rep was fantastic and once Kelly Fregia took over post sale we got everything addressed. She is truly the glue that holds it all together for any warranty concerns. Great place to leave. Love it
