They wanted to charge me $5,000 to fix the transmission. I paid $125 for a diagnostic that they never even looked at. They should have seen that it was leaking oil, but it was completely empty. They rushed to replace the transmission without checking if that was what it needed or if it was actually working properly. During the diagnostic, they told me it had oil and everything was fine. Great honest place of business
I've never had a prior problem. Recently though, I brought my car in for a diagnosis. I was told I couldn't get a copy & the repair would be $3000 for a rebuild. I paid for my diagnosis & took my car to the dealership. Cost was less than HALF of what I was quoted. Even with the cost of a rental, $3000 seems like price gouging. Friendly guys but honesty is ALWAYS best.
Took my Mercury Comet in for shifting issues,Tony took it for a test drive and said I just was not shifting it right..I asked how much I owed him he said nothing..He is a very honest man..If I ever have any transmission problems I would surely have them fix it...
Great service, good, honest people. Took care of me and got my truck up and running in a reasonable amount of time.
