Mr Clifford is an excellent maintenance man. His work is exceptional and he is greatly appreciated. Westland Park needs more men like this guy. My bathroom toilet is fixed professionally and timely. My closet door is also working better than before it slid off the track. I appreciate his strong elegant handy work.
I call and report that my air wasn’t working. Two hours after my original call and me having an asthma attack I call again. The maintenance guy was already downstairs working the a/c unit. When he came upstairs to tell me he was there and finished working all at the same time. I ask was he sure the problem was fixed because I’ve been dealing with this for about four months.
