Robin is such a wonderful person/woman she is really there for your needs. Whenever I have a problem she sends help right away. She is such a sweet person have a kind soul most of the neighbors are friendly. Stay to themselves. This is a great place to live with a understanding Property manager. Very quite almost to quite and peaceful. Not a lot of action but that's a good thing. Worst place to live. Who ever thought that you would get wrote up about dog hair??? Also worst maintenance service property manger is a joke. All she does is sit in her office and do nothing! Grounds are not kept up let alone tress still down and rotten trees that need to be cut down. You would think Hud would close this place down but oh no seniors are treated like cash cows. These apartments have not been rehabbed in 15 years. Wow we are so far behind in the times.
Evan Li is a great grounds keeper he is always busy when I see him and he is quick to get the job done Evan Li keep up the good work we love seeing you around!!!!!
Evan the grounds keepers always making sure the property is looking good and well taken care of!! Wouldn't have anyone else to the maintenance if it was up to me!!
