I have had a terrible experience with Westland as have my parents when it comes to settling a claim. In my case we had our pipes burst in December and, given my parents’ situation knew not to do anything without calling the Westland adjuster first. I was able to get through quickly but then was assigned someone from Claimspro, which is their contracted out adjusters. It took months to get everything clean and repaired.
