My experience with Westland Insurance, specifically Everett Phypers, has been extremely disappointing. I have felt dismissed, talked down to, and treated like a burden rather than a paying customer. After issues with my payment schedule and policy status, I was sent an email stating that my policy had been temporarily canceled and reinstated as a “one-time exception,” and that any future missed withdrawal would result in cancellation with no reinstatement offered. Everett Phypers is a complete professional. As a small business owner he makes insurance feel easy. Even though Westland has all the portals you could ever need . I prefer doing my insurance directly with him. He has always been just a phone call away. If he doesn't have the information I am after he gets it to me right away. Strongly suggest contacting him for your insurance needs. This man is my go to & should be yours for insurance. He makes insurance feel like a friendship.
