Just a quick shout out to say thank you and great job to Ilile for her efforts in helping me with my car insurance today in branch. It was my first time dealing with Westland since they took over the former business and I had a very positive experience there.

Fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable. (Visited from Greenwood, where the "service" was dismissive and derisive. I'll be driving to Grand Forks for Autoplan needs from now on.)
Brian was so helpful and went above and beyond! He assisted me in filing a report for a lost plate, this is not something that he was required to help me with, but did so out of the kindness of his heart. I'm out of town and this was on a weekend. Thanks so much! Highly recommended.
