Have been with Westland Insurance for over 20 years and finally had to use them for my vehicle theft. Susane Tonhauser was awesome to deal with and put up with my frustration and anxiety with calm and class. very grateful for the service they provide and hopefully they won’t hear from me anytime soon.
Cathy is my broker from Westland Insurance out of the Beaumont, Alberta location. She is extremely helpful to me and answers all my silly questions in a timely fashion. Every time I need her help she responds promptly and professionally. Everyone has horror stories of dealing with insurance companies and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with Cathy.
I need to switch my car insurance to parking. Called Beaumont branch and the receptionist was very helpful on connecting me to my broker Jenny Takenaka and right away she took care of it with no delay. She was awesome in communication to thru email and was very prompt.
Jenny was very informative and gave me the answers I wanted for my glass insurance on my home and my vehicles.
Westland insurance is amazing great rates and amazing service just overwhelmed by agent Cathy Elford.wow just amazing absolutely best customer service..give them a try. Dwayne Ouchar.
