I recently purchased a condo where a flood occurred before possession change and Westland Insurance was the company handling the restoration. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The adjuster, Sau, did a horrible job handling things. Every time there were issues, and there were many issues, he was on silent. The only time he spoke up was to give me a veiled threat if I left a bad review. They're a really bad company that hires unprofessional people to do the restorations.
