Jasmeet at the Invermere branch is an exceptional agent. She makes the process of renewing and changing policies easy. It’s hard to find such knowledgeable, kind and patient customer service people. The Invermere branch is lucky to have her.

Amazing service over the last few years! Jay has been extremely helpful many times from offering to stay late to help someone I sold a vehicle to get the insurance they needed to get home that day, to promptly answering emails regarding VIN checks, Alberta vehicles, and motorcycle registration info. Andrea is always kind and helpful ensuring everyone gets the service they need quickly and with a smile.
