Westland Insurance has been the worse insurance provider to deal with since buying out Arrow Insurance. It's very disappointing to go from such a great insurance provider to one that has the worst customer service. We are extremely disappointed with Westland and have moved all of our business to a different insurance provider.

House insurance set up was very difficult . clerk needs a lot of training and they don’t answer the phone or return messages when I asked for management to call me back I still haven’t heard from them that was a few weeks ago. I called the Cranbrook office and had them help me.

I’ve been an arrow insurance customer for the past 15 years and since Westland has bought the business it’s gone downhill dramatically. I bought a vehicle out of province and needed a binder of insurance emailed. I called and a person who couldn’t fluently speak English picks up. He had no idea what I wanted and after a bit transfers me. Another person picks up and says I need another department transfers me and it goes to voicemail. I wait an hour and try again same thing.
