Called in 10 minutes before closing (today) Friday of may long weekend and the lady that answered the phone said her computer says she closes in 5 mins, (anyone can change the the time on the computer) I pulled up at 4:58 and the door was locked lights where off any no one was there. Forcing me to drive 50km (25 each way ) further way to get registration. This horrible customer service!!!! Especially coming from a small town! If your open till 5 you need to serve your customers till 5!!!!!! 10/10 not impressed! Will be phone... read more

Thank you Jodie so much for getting me insured your service was very kind! I had tried many places that had told me I was looking at waiting anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks processing time to be insured and on the road and unfortunately this was not an option for me ! I called Westland and sent them my info they started my quote immediately and had me insured the next day even after a previous cancellation! The rate isn't to bad and I don't believe I could have been insured very much cheaper if any cheaper anywhere else honestly.... read more
