As always we get excellent advice and service from Shaelene Kihn @ Westland Insurance. We appreciate her time in making sure all our travel insurance needs are covered. Our most recent visit was to the Southglen office and everyone there greeted us in a friendly way.
I wasn't impressed by the agent at all and won't be returning.
Unusual to walk into an insurance office without a line up these days. Once in you understand why, the staff is not very friendly, who would go back? Customer service with a smile goes a long way.
