Was client of Dyberg for many years and then bought by Westland. Getting new premium rate from Westland was often after policy expiry. Westland is extrelemly slow at generating new policies. Would hate to see how long it takes to resolve a claim!! Sold business and still waiting after 5 months to get partial refund for early cancellation. Several promises by Renalde Roy and Scott Mcinnis to look into it but all fluff and still no resolution. Curerntly getting ghosted. Do not recommend these agents or Westland insurance.
