I spoke with Shelly McFall from Westland Insurance Group today over the phone. I am a newer homeowner with some shingles that had blown off in the wind storm Edmonton had a few weeks back. I wasn’t sure what my first steps in the process of starting a claim with my insurance were but after a pleasant and simple conversation with Shelly I felt confident in my next steps going forward.
