We have just completed a switch from our old insurer to Westland Insurance through the Chemainus office. Evelyn, our representative, has been extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the explanations I have received regarding coverages, answers to specific questions and the amount of time and detail in our conversation and email communication. We had an emergency insurance need at 4:45 on a Tuesday just before closing. Morgan Walker and Meghan Best stayed on an extra hour past closing until we had completed the complicated process for insuring our new commercial vehicle. That’s extraordinary service by extraordinary people. You want to go here!!
The ladies at this office went over and above to help me. I had an issue with a vehicle transfer and these ladies stayed late two nights, went the extra mile with ICBC calls and were there with a laugh and a smile every time I had to slog back in. Would definitely recommend!
jodi was super fantastic and even cut into beer oclock to get me on the road i would have deffinitly broken the law without her help thank YOU so so much jodi i would recomend jodi and all the super staff at west land insurance ANY day of the week even thursday witch is today
