Lovely receptionist but unfriendly, even snarky conversation with the broker. Called me by the wrong name in the email to say they had no solutions for me. Website says they "understand the unique insurance needs of the area". Apparently not.
Carleigh Weise has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and lovely to work with!
Excellent service from Jessica as well as Cathy throughout the years. We are moving and will no longer be dealing with this office and will miss their friendly and efficient service.
