Addressing some topics with our home insurance, Christina Siegers from the Westland Insurance Salt Spring Island office went the extra mile to ensure we have a great customer experience. Job well done.
Christina was as helpful and kind as she could possibly have been. We found some "niggles" with Westland that she couldn't possibly have dealt with- e.g. the "free/included" items (e.g. growing marijuana) and the charge for an out of date hot water tank which had been replaced.
Jelyne was super helpful navigating out boat insurance needs.
