The young lady in the glasses gave me the wrong information and turned me away twice in the same day. I was trying to switch my Alberta licence to BC and needed 2 years of history, I presented my abstract and was told I also need my history from the UK to be mailed which would take weeks. After phoning them myself I discovered that when I initially had the swap over from the UK all my history was already linked to my licence so this was not necessary to be provided.
