Casey was absolutely fantastic!! She was such a big help!!! I am so glad to have her!
Between personal and business I have multiple policies. Dayla is always prompt on replying to emails I send or if I do come into the office she is always willing to see me right away. Very professional, courteous and jolly. It is great to have Dayla as a go to for all my insurance needs.
Highly don’t recommend them. They took money out after I tried cancelling that was on may 14… it is now July 30th left them multiple voicemails and haven’t received one call back. Would not recommend them to anyone. Was going to go back to them after I got another truck but they ruined it!

Carrie was phenomenal and Westland Insurance has always been incredible to work with no matter the situation. Carrie is both professional and friendly.
