I would like to say that I was very happy with Westland Insurance.I dealt with Noel Langlais and she was so supportive and helpful with everything.All around is a great great experience with this company.
DO NOT go with Westland, I was double charged for my insurance. Had to fight with that to get money back. Now they entered the wrong account number and had a missed payment. Their fault but wont admit it. Have all the emails to prove it. Say they cant do anything about it but now my insurance doubles because of their mistake. They take forever to get back to you.
April and the Westland Team always take great care of me. I tried getting online quotes to save money and kept my business with Westland that still resulted in the lowest rate and exceptional service answering all my questions and explaining my coverage. Thank you for the great service over the years!
