I don’t recommend this company we have used them for 18 years and the insurance on our house was 4500$ for the year and dwelling assets at 689,000 HUB in Grande Prairie was 1500$ for the year assets at 375,000 buyer be ware very misleading company.When we complained they said it is what it is and would not return our calls.Very unprofessional make sure you shop around.
The ladies here are a real treat I was dealt with promptly and professionally
Insurance is confusing on a good day and on a hard day, it's impossible. Jody Levasseur took the time to explain my policy and what was going on. She explained in terms i could understand, as well she made the difference of me staying on with the company or leaving. The experience took away so much stress. Thank you
