I was with Simard Insurance in High Prairie, Ab until he retired and Westland took over. I had moved to Peace River and have gave them my new address. They continued to send mail to my old address and canceled my insurance. Then again years later I had called to make a payment they informed me that I didn't owe anything other than an amount from adding a different vehicle.
