Received great service from Ondreya at the Nanaimo office. She was extremely friendly and helpful answered all my questions and made the renewal super easy.
I have always had my insurance renewed by westland. Their newest member, Ondreya, helped me and she demonstrated great customer service and knowledge.

I been served by Farhad Touring and Had a worst experience. Coz of his mistake he made me paid extra amount to icbc for making a wrong qoute and changing it later. The new quote even is not right and made me paid more amount. Rude and unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Wont be renewing my policy from westland in future for both home and car. Neither i suggest anyone.
