I gave this place a good review 6 years ago but today went in to renew my icbc insurance and now canceling my review i made 6 years ago . The lady I had was not very friendly at all very depressing to say the least not even a forced polite smile. I have been going here for awhile now but this time I will take my business elsewhere.
Narinder was very professional and kind. The process to renew my vehicle insurance over the phone was quick and easy.
