I rushed into the Mill Bay location after work and was worried about coming in at the end of the day, sometimes customer service can be lacking in the last half hour of a long work day, and I was tired too! Eric Gibas was my insurance advisor and I was so grateful for his calm and pleasant demeanor. He took care of my complicated request as if I was his first client of the day!
