I had a frustrating experience trying to book my Class 5 road test. I received my 5L on February 17, 2026, so my nine-month eligibility date is November 17. I went in on September 26 to book a November 17 appointment, which is 52 days in advance. I was told that the earliest I could book a road test was November 17 itself. This was confusing because MPI's information says road tests can be booked up to 60 days in advance. I was a loyal customer for more than 15 years. The last representative I spoke with said she had the flu and could barely speak English. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. That is why I switched to another insurance company.
