I went to Westland Insurance to renew my car insurance as I have done for many years. Fathima was the insurance advisor that served me. Two months earlier I had just purchased a new car with a 5 year insurance policy at a car dealership in Parksville. Fathima reviewed this policy and advised me of a very similar policy at Westland Insurance for much less money and for 7 years!!! Jessie Wunderlick was pleasant to deal with and was very fast and efficient with my vehicle insurance renew. It is now been a couple years since dealing with Jesse , once again , she was fast and efficient on a totally unrelated to renewal.
Five star service for my car insurance from Fathima yesterday! She found me 3 discounts!
Went in to sell my car and was able to get a refund when cancelling the insurance. It's definitely worth it to go into the branch and check instead of letting it lapse.
