Went in to the Osoyoos branch to get a quote on a new policy & to possibly switch over an existing commercial policy. After 2 or 3 weeks getting no reply, I followed up & was told my request had been passed on to the manager who completely forgot to do it. Did eventually get a quote for only one of the policies which was ridiculously high priced. Needless to say, I have not purchased any insurance from them.
Nadine was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative and patient when explaining my policy. I was new to the process and she made sure I understood and felt comfortable with the details. Any time I have reached out with a follow-up, she has responded promptly and professionally. I will definitely go back to see her.
