Friendly and efficient. Renewed my motorcycle insurance over the phone in just a few minutes. Easy as pie.
My very first contact from this business was a threatening email about sending me to collections for $2,000. They later claimed that my phone number on file was incorrect, seeming to imply that it's totally fine to threaten people as long as you called them before at the wrong number. The email I received (so they had my email all along?) also reads exactly like an internet scam, unbelievably unprofessional.
Recently moved to BC from Alberta and had to have 2 vehicles’ insurance switched over, and had two great experiences here. First vehicle was with Lexi and the second with Keegan- professional, friendly service, and they let you bring your dog inside which was super awesome to see! Thanks so much!
Update – August 2026: Had yet another fantastic experience renewal here today with Keegan. Truly makes insurance painless, that's a skill. This continues to be my favourite insurance office in Duncan, so easy, quick & efficient. Thanks yet again Keegan!
